I'm 10 and I Have Type 1 Diabetes
I've been diagnosed with diabetes for four years. I can change my site, test myself, bolus myself , and set a basal . My disease can't stop me from achieving my goals. I've brought my science grade from a C to a A. I'm almost finished with the PSSA . I live in a small town . I love making comic strips,and drawing mythical creatures. I enjoy collecting state quarters.

ReplyDeleteYou are brave Clifford. I have been reading your mom's posts for many years, it is nice to learn more about you. I'd like to see some of your creatures you draw. My son has had diabetes since 2nd grade. He is in 8th grade now and like you he manages alot on his own, I am very proud of him too. Keep up the great job taking good care of your body.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Clifford! You are definitely a champion. My son is a senior in high school and was diagnosed about a year and a half ago.
